1 cup margarine
2½ cup boiling water
2 cups oatmeal
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups white sugar
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 & 2/3 cup King wheat flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. Cinnamon
Directions
Mix ingredients well. Bake at 350ºF. for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
Topping: 1 cup brown sugar 4 tsp. margarine
½ cup cream 1 cup coconut
Mix together and spread on cake. Toast to golden brown in broiler.
